The room was spacious and clean. I liked the provided extras like fresh cakes. The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of choices. The tram stop was a short walk away, it provided easy access to attractions.
There were no blackout curtains in the room. It was impossible to sleep well after sunrise. I left early to get home for a nap.

The breakfast quality was superb. I enjoyed having bottled water available from the reception fridge! The furnishings throughout the building were very tasteful. Tea and coffee facilities with biscuits were a nice touch.
The room lacked blackout curtains. Sleeping became difficult once daylight arrived. This was an inconvenience.

The greeting upon arrival felt really good with fresh cake provided. Nothing seemed too much bother! The staff offered helpful advice. They were chatty and friendly during breakfast service.

The location was good. It was near the front and close to the tram stop. The tram stop was only a short walk away. This provided easy access to major attractions.

The breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of choices! Homemade cakes were available. They tasted amazing. I especially liked the complimentary beers and brownies upon arrival.
